I get it that he’s a trauma surgeon. I understand that he’s going to run late on occasion. But this was the third time I’ve arrived at least 15 minutes early for an appointment , only to sit in the waiting room for more than 45 minutes, just to get called back and be told that he’s going to be awhile since there are still 3 patients in front of me ( who arrived after me) and that he’s been overbooked. I’m going to be changing physicians for my future appointments. As a medical professional myself, I would have understood being informed and asked if I was able to wait, or would I like to be rescheduled. The front desk personnel were very professional and understanding.
