Dr. Nahikian is highly professional, caring, and personable. He takes time to explain symptoms, treatment options, and procedures in detail. My carpel tunnel surgery healed beautifully.

Hand Cast needed adjustments from what the staff member did putting on the cast. The cast made my hand bones out of alignment and caused much pain that night. So I had to renovate it.

Prior to joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Dr. Nahikian completed a Hand Surgery Fellowship at the University of Minnesota and received additional training in microvascular surgery at the Mayo Clinic Microvascular Surgery Training Center. He completed his internship and residency program at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts. Dr. Nahikian earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree and a Master of Science Degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, along with a Master of Science in Public Health from Dartmouth College.
Throughout his education, Dr. Nahikian engaged in various medical research roles and demonstrated a commitment to community service through volunteerism and tutoring, including providing French medical translation services at a free health clinic.
