For several years nowI have always felt cared for by Dr. Kadi-Ann Bryan. However, the last time I was there... I waited in the exam room for 22 minutes. Trying to be a more patient patient. I did not leave.

I can't falter at this point as a doctor but... The appointment was extremely late we were not seen for an hour and a half after the set appointment time and that is not appropriate.

She is knowledgeable, fast, witty, and explains things so I can understand.

I expected more clinical information. I wanted a professional opinion and some education about my concerns. I felt like it was a long drive (1.5 hours) and so much anticipation for an extremely short visit with not much clinical information. The transition to the examination was awkward and seemed rushed. It was good to have the peace of mind that our issue was normal but maybe it would have been less frustrating if more regard for the patient’s perception of the visit were taken into account. I know there are lots of patients to see, I work in healthcare, so I get it. It left us to fill in the blanks and feel like we were overreacting.

Kadi-Ann is an absolutely great and fantastic urologist and my life is a lot better since she performed the TURP operation and the operation was a piece of cake for me. Kadi-Ann is one of the best in her profession!!!!!

Dr Bryan was great first of all. I received a call the morning of my appointment asking me to come early so I skipped breakfast to come 15 minutes earlier. I waited 25 minutes before be placed in the examination room. I waited another 20 minutes to see the Doctor.
