This was my first visit. I liked the doctor and staff very friendly, however, my appointment was at 10:10am but I did not see the doctor until after 11:00

Zion, X ray, and Caitlin (who was also left-handed so we discussed the pros & cons of ,which shoulder to do first...and again doing that made it so easy for me to confidently select the right shoulder to do first. Dr Griffin is not only an excellent doctor but listens and is concerned - answers your questions. My only issue is that it took almost 2 hrs to finally see him. Schedulers need to be more diligent in scheduling as to not have the patient wait so long. Dr Griffin was apologetic for the wait.

My only complaint is that I had to wait 2 hours from my appointment time. The x-ray tech, the PA, and Dr Griffin apologized but my the time I got out I was desperate to find the restroom. I lam pleased with Dr Griffin and his PA. Both were very professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Griffin is so very kind and gentle with my 81 yro Aunt who has dementia. She has a lot of shoulder pain and the cortisone shots help relieve it. My only suggestion for improvement is that he readjust his paitient load to stay on time. The last two times we have come for appointments, he was running behind an hour. My Aunt has a difficult time waiting in one place for that long and of course she asks every 10 minutes "now why are we here".

Brief visit. Total time elapsed from scheduled 9:40 appointment until departure at 11:15 was uncalled for. I arrived at 9:10 for checkin as requested.

I was hoping to see on my chart an “ after visit notes “ from my actual encounter with the Dr. not that of the X-ray ordered. I want to review what was decided to make sure we’re both on the same track. Maybe tomorrow the report will be up.

Was given an appointment for a few weeks out and the a short time later was called that they had a cancellation. I checked in and was seen within ably a few minutes after the appointment time. Was very attentive to my knee and the pain I was in and scheduled a CT immediately. I am very please at the rate this injury is getting attention.

Dr. Griffin, The nursing director at the Kings Grant House referred us to Dr. Griffin. He is very knowlegeable and excellent at giving cortizone shots. We definitely like his approach and will return in the future.

During the exam on my shoulder, he spent most of the time looking out the window at the blond who I believe could have been is patient that prior to me. There was little eye contact during the conversation. I spent an hour in the exam room waiting for him.

Doctor is great, but he runs way behind and my time is also important. Apt time 9:50 AM saw Dr at 10:50AM and was out by 11AM.

Dr. Griffin was great. The wait was longer than I would have liked for an early morning appointment, but it is what it is. I will say that although the staff were all pleasant, there was a lot of staff in the front desk area and besides calling patients to desk 3 or 4, and handing paperwork - they were not doing anything else - would not assist an elderly patient and requested that he check in through the kiosk - he was wearing a Vietnam ball cap. Also - the staff assisting patients

I arrived @ 11 for an 11:30 appt. & didn't get called back until 12:43. X-rays taken,waited more for him to get to exam room. He said knee looks good so let's do MRI. No word on how to manage pain level of 8. My PCP did the same tests, but @ least prescribed an anti inflammatory. Dr. Griffin said I should contact my PCP about that. At this point I am left to struggle with walking in pain & just wait. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that he seems personable.

Jordan Young needs to understand your patients time is as important as the doctors. I get there early all the time and see the doctor a minimum of one hour later then my appointment time. Personally I think that is unacceptable.

The doctor seems very knowledge. But ALL he knows is surgery. No other options. As I spoke to him all he could hear is, "I'm going to make this man have surgery". I wasn't offered physical therapy. Only surgery! I guess he got a little upset because I wouldn't become his LIFETIME patient. Usually with surgery its only the start to your next surgery. NO THANKS!!!

Dr. Griffin did a reverse shoulder for me 2 years ago. He is without question the best physician of any of the many dozens of doctors who have been treated me in my 80 years of life. Dr. Griffin truly cares about his patients. He spends as much time as is needed with each one. I highly recommend him.

He’s caring and truly wants to help if he can. Very professional and kind. I received an injection in my shoulder and it wasn’t painful and actually the shot did it’s job! I’ve referred my mother to him and I’ve assured her that he will help her .

Awesome doctor!! I am SO glad I came to him. He gave me the option of cortisone shots in my shoulders that the previous doctor hadn’t mentioned, and I’m feeling a big difference already. I’m even looking forward to Dr. Griffin performing shoulder replacement surgeries, which I was previously nervous about.

Dr Griffin removed a squamous cell cancer on my leg and did a skin graft. Dr. Griffin helped to put me at ease by explaining each step of the surgery. He even played relaxing music and his nurse chatted informally with me to ensure I was comfortable. Dr. Griffin was patient, professional, and kind during all our interactions. His nurse and staff are top notch
