Was a very nice doctor & im sure a good doctor. I’m just hoping he did a thorough check in such a short period of time. I just thought if takes longer.

He didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He didn't communicate very well. He had a difficult time with the procedure and only asked me questions after it was complete. I'm not sure if he did it correctly since my discomfort was distal to where I understood my hemroid to be. When the procedure was done, he said you're done and walked out. I had to stop him and ask what's next. Only then did he tell me I needed to schedule a follow-up. I was left on the table with gel all over and nothing to clean up. I was in pain for 2 days without any idea of knowing if that was normal. It was the weekend and couldn't call to ask anyone.
I had a family member in the day before who had the same procedure with a different doctor. She had a very different experience. Her doctor communicated well before the procedure, explained how the process would go and cleaned her up when it was done. She had very little discomfort.
