Love Dr. Strickland he is the best!

Great doctor. Takes time with you and answers all your questions. He’s not perfunctory and short like lots of doctors are. Very personable. The office staff are hard to work with. You never get to speak directly to anyone without having to wait a day for someone from the office (not the providers) staff to call you back. The right hand doesn’t know what left is doing. But once you’re with the providers it’s great.

He explained things very clearly.

Very friendly & knowledgeable; supports the military; we thought our son had TommyJohns and/or tendon damage in his elbow but Dr. Strickland said it is loss of range of motion in his pitching arm (common in baseball pitchers) & he only needs PT & Posterior capsular stretches; best news of all is he is able to pitch tomorrow! Bonus: Dr. Strickland is from Ohio & he is a Buckeye fan!!!

Dr. Strickland is one of the most caring doctors around. It is nice having a surgeon so skilled and yet be so humble and take the necessary time to treat their patients.

I arrived at 3:20 pm for my 3:30 appointment. I was sent here against my will by workers comp I didn't want to return after my last horrible visit. After sitting In the lobby for over an hour. My ride home showed up. Also organized by workers comp. I never saw the doctor a nurse no one. Very unprofessional business every experience is horrible.

Dr Strickland is the best! I had shoulder surgery in 2015 for a torn rotator cuff. This year I injured that same shoulder but it was the long head tendon of the biceps. He personally called me that night after surgery to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend him.

As he already seen the X-ray his job was pretty easy. But it will get harder with the surgery.

He explained the MRI on my left knee so I can understand it, and gave some optionson how to relieve the pain. He also listened to my concerns about my right knee.

Appointment was at 10:30 but didn't talk to Dr Strickland till 11:25. Seemed like a long wait after the xrays were taken. That said, it was worth the wait! He put me at ease, explained my situation, and answered all my questions. I felt very well informed of my options and pleased that he will handle the surgery

Doc is amazing, I first met him in 2017 after a cat wreck. He listens to what you have to say and clarifies to make sure that he can do the best to fix you. I've recently seen him again and he even remembered my case. He just did a nerve decompression on my elbow. At 6 weeks post-op that arm is stronger than the other one. If feels great and I'm a patient that tends to over do it sometimes. I would recommend him and MAO to everyone!!!!!!!

Dr Strickland is amazing. The PA (who only introduced herself as the PA) not so much. She is quite the opposite of dr Strickland. He takes his time and listens. The pa seemed to be in a rush.

Dr Strickland gave the best experience of having a knee operation like this done. I have been very successful with PT and I owe it to him for being such a specialist in this area.

He is always running at least an hour, often more behind. If your appointment is at 345 you will not be called from the waiting room until 500. Then you will not see him you will see his PA who will ask you if you want to see him but advise that you do not really need to. If you say you want to see him your advised it will be a significantly longer wait. At this point it is after 600 and the office is closing so they are trying to rush everyone out the doors.

Dr. Strickland is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job at rapport with his patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Strickland actually takes the time to talk with you about all your options for care. He sits down and takes the time to about the plan to get you healed. I would recommend Dr.Strickland to anyone who needs a ortho doctor.

My husband is 64 and had rotator cuff/ torn bicep surgery for one shoulder and rotator cuff surgery on the other shoulder this last year. He is doing Awesome. Up to 30 pushups already. Just follow his instructions!! 😊Always get great care from Dr Strickland. I had a shoulder problem too and he took the time to explain it and help me understand it. Have me a cortisol shot, didn't hardly know he gave it to me. Highly recommend him!! He didn't rush your appointment, he really cares!

Over one hour late with no apology. Loud lady at reception desk complained about the computer system being down the entire time I was waiting and still complaint when checking out. No consideration for the other patients waiting in lobby.

He takes the time to explain things, which I appreciate and he doesn't act like he is in a hurry and brushing you off. However, in doing that he runs behind and a two hour from start to finish seems a bit excessive. I know that is a difficult balance and I would choose a wait over being herded like cattle.

My appointment time was 2:00 and we arrived at 1:45, filled out paperwork/tablet , then sat around and waited. After an hour, I approached the front desk to get an estimate of time, and she told me my appointment was at 2:45. I told her that I was told 2:00 for appointment time and she told me “that’s just what we tell people so they have enough time to fill out the paperwork “. That’s unsatisfactory. It took me 20 minutes to complete the paperwork and I arrived early to do so. We still didn’t see the doctor until 4:00. So however you look at it, 2:00 or 2:45, that’s an incredibly long time. That being said, tell me my appointment time and not how long you think it will take me to complete. My work and child’s school certainly expected to see us back after the appointment and that wasn’t able to happen. Improper information led to work time lost and frustration.

Fantastic doctor and staff. The wait is long, but he’s worth the wait. He gives everybody the time and respect that we desire and need. That puts him behind, but that’s okay. I just have to prepare ahead of time for the long wait.. it’s worth it knowing that he truly cares about his patients and their needs.
