DR Justin is the best DR for my self and wife we have ever had.my wife is 55 years old i’m 52 years old and have had broken my back in 3 places L-4 L-5 S-1 for all of you that have had back pain your hole life you know what it dose to you mental and physical mind and body.i all so have had my left shoulder reconstructive surgery.many broken bones in my 52 years Iv had a hard life Physically Iv played hard and worked harder. DR Justen tend to are every need and my wife and I are a lot to deal with some times he has not only saved my life but I can’t say Enough he has saved my wife’s life she wood have not made it I wood have Lost her do to her illness. He is Educated in every aspect of healthcare from mental illness to an ingrown toenail, he covers all the bases.he has put us both on a path of recovery my wife and I have both struggled with many thing’s are hole life. the kindness he has he sits with you talks to you as a true friend he will speak the truth and you as well.

Not convinced that Losartan causes “cold” or sinusitis. I don’t really know either. I was Not asked to follow up. —? Why? CASAS I have followed up for telehealth with dr. Casas today. 2/6/24 I had questions about his treatment recommendation and don’t think he received it well. I have ADHD and my questions are due to a need for clarification, not to question his medical treatment .I do feel a chest x-ray is a little premature and he said if not better in 48 hours to get the chest x- ray. I will follow the orders. I would prefer to have a follow up to listen for any distress in my chest before this x-ray. I was not told to follow up with anyone. I will on my own though. Thank you.

I couldn't have been more pleased with his pleasant demeanor and concern for my issues. He took his time and really listened to my worries about the plantar wart on my foot and the recent numbness on both feet. He suggested solutions (therapy and stretching exercises) for the numbness and to give the plantar wart a little more time to heal after it had been treated weeks prior. I would recommend him if you are looking for a new primary doctor.

I retired from the Army and lived an otherwise hard life. I’ve had lots of injuries and I have significant health issues but I hike 6-12 miles a day and I’m in great shape. A great doctor is important to me. Dr Pegueros is brilliant, curious, and kind. I got lucky and was seen by him at the PVHMC-Claremont Urgent Care. I was so impressed by Dr Pegueros and all of the staff that I switched doctors for the first time in seven years. I’m relieved to know that I’m good hands and I’ve been happy with all of my referrals. Last… I’ve been around and I know doctors. I’ve been seen by all sorts and I’ve been hoping to find a doctor like Dr Pegueros since I retired from the Army and moved to California in 2013.
