Seemed good at first then I was asked if I needed anything else,which I replied yes, something for the pain. He said, sure no prob, we can take care of that. Well it's been 2 days and still no script. I called the same day I was seen and his nurse said that they will get it taken care of, again it's been 2 now well about to be 3 days later and nothing not even a call.. WOW, feeling kind of neglected

Couldn't determine what medical advice he could give me for the pain in my right foot. There was no fracture! He felt a bone that caused the pain. I was given a "moon walk looking boot" to wear for walking.

Dr. Colanese is easy going and easy to talk to. I suggest that you ask lots of questions for a complete understanding of your procedure. He gives straightforward answers. He has completed two hip replacement surgeries for me and so far so good.

Very polite and offered a shot for relief. No actual sound diagnosis was given. See him again in six weeks so I will have a better idea of my rating.

doctor was ok one of the nurses older white woman was very rude and had a horrible tone when speaking to me. Doctor was an hour and a half late!!! appointment at 10:10, I was seen at 11:45 left by 12:30.

Needs to be more punctual on appt times. Both times I've seen him he was an hour late and also half hour. Why tell me to come 15 mins early only to make me wait longer

He's great pretty thorough, explained everything well . Great personality, great staff.

Told me my doctor didn't know how to read an X-ray. X-ray's were taken at the office and didn't show anything. X-ray's taken from the VA in different positions showed a metallic object.

Timely pleasant professional

I was not satisfied because I felt I waited longer to actually see him just sitting in the room than when he came in the room just to touch my knee n move my legs around and tell me do these moves and go to therapy. Idk I expected more I guess.

1st time visit today. The office staff was very friendly. Dr Colanese was friendly and easy to talk to. Explained everything that was wrong and what needed to happen going forward in detal. He answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable and not rushed. Definitely put our minds to ease about the process going forward.

Waited a week for my appointment and waited an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room just for him to walk in the room, look at my xray, tell me I need additional imaging, and then proceeds to walk out and tells me to direct any questions to the nurse. Why did I wait a week for an appointment and sit in the waiting room for overran hour past MY APPOINTMENT TIME if I don't even get to ask any questions or actually do any real consulting? This should be considered a scam or malpractice. This is disgusting. All he could do is smile at me with a s*** eating grin like he didn't care. You can tell this doctor only got into the field for the money. He doesn't care about actually helping people. Terrible.

This was my first visit to the office. The doctor and staff were kind and welcoming. They all took their time with me, and I felt like a patient, not a number.

Cordial & precise. Warm, but not very verbose. A very good Doctor.

Very long wait to get into room then had to go out into the hall 3 times! Once waiting for visit after 30 minutes in room to make sure I wasn't forgotten then 20 minutes to come back with injection as he must have seen other patients before finishing my visit. Then another 20 minutes waiting for someone to bring me my script for pt. Over 2 hours! Unexceptable. Had to find someone for injection and then the script. Even his nurse popped in oh I didn't know you were still here. Yes I was waiting!!

Dr Colanese was very unprofessional yesterday, I was waiting to get to shots one in both knees! He came in with an intern whom thought it was funny that my left knee hurted really bad, when I asked Dr Colanese why did it hurt this bad this time he just said oh I don’t know ! Very unpleasant tone then I was told Mandy would call to sit up arrangements for knee replacement which she never called and at this point I’m ok with her not reaching out!

In speaking to his nurse the next day trying to reschedule a surgery. She was disrespectful condescending and very short. If I was more familiar with the area I would be seeking a new physician. I don’t blame this on the doctor. But her customer service skills need some attention.

We brought our son in to see Dr. Colanese-he was really nice & very patient & understanding with our son who is autistic and has cerebral palsy. He’s a caring & compassionate doctor & would highly recommend him😊

Dr. Colanese he was caring and explained what he is going to do . He asked if I smoked I said yes so he is giving me time to quit or at least to cut down a lot so the healing process is good
