First off let me start by saying I work in the medical field so I am aware on how the front should be with patient’s. When I arrived, the greeting was not very welcoming. The young lady on the far left, as I came in, was on the phone, which I understand she couldn’t talk to me or acknowledge me but after she was done and called me to fill out paperwork she was very pleasant.
However, the lady on the far right, Araceli, could've been a bit more welcoming .The doctor was informative, but when I tried to ask questions, he interrupted me and told me he wasn’t finished. His bedside manner could have been a tad bit better, but he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Over all I’m iffy on going back and I’m hoping, and giving the team the benefit of the doubt that this was just a one time thing.. but the back office rocked!!!
