Just one little suggestion the paperwork I received from Amanda didn’t tell me the acne cream needed to be between 5-10%. The paper I received from Sam didn’t tell say this. Could have saved me an extra trip to drugstore. Thank yoy

Unhurried conversation regarding my treatment options

Nursing staff that helped were great. I was very unimpressed by the doctor. He didnt take much time to explain the situation or process and it felt very rushed. He spent most of the time during our appointment Teams chatting instead of having a discussion. Felt very impersonal.

Dr.Jacobson changed my life. I had a shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago, my progress is surpassed my expectations. After 3 failed surgeries in the last 6 years, I am beyond grateful! He not only treated me with kindness, he listened carefully to my concerns, and gave me sound advice on how to proceed.
