Today (7/19/24) was my first visit with Dr Head. He took his time explaining to me what he thought was the best way to handle my situation. He let me ask questions and the answers he gave me were explained to me very thoroughly. He genuinely seemed concerned and wanted to do everything possible to help me with my situation. I have read many reviews about him and they are were very good. His bedside manner is the best!!! I would recommend him to anyone else who needs help in his area of expertise. I pray that he will be able to help me and alleviate the pain that I am experiencing. Dr. Head is a great orthopedic surgeon.

I have.never been so angry leaving a doctor as I was today. The course of treatment he recommended is causing me unnecessary pain. He could have relieved it today and set up an MRI for two months from now. He was condescending and put his personal professional opinion ahead of my best interest.

Dr Head LISTENS to every word I says and then takes care of the issue.

Dr. Head is always on point. He is a genius but never talks down to you and makes sure you are part of the decision process.. I’m so fortunate Dr.Head is my hip doctor.

Dr Head is the most caring and personable doctor I have ever been to. He knows what he's doing and explains it to you so you can understand. His Staff are a reflection of him too. I was remembered by name and they also go to the greatest lengths to do their job to please the patient. I'm treated like family and everyone listens to your problems. The medical professionals everywhere need to follow Dr Head's leed. He's also one of the funniest people I've ever met.

Dr. Head has been my orthopedic doctor through three join replacements. He has a kind bedside manner and will listen to his patient. He will do my last knee replacement when that is required.

Dr. Head is one of the most genuine Dr.s I have met. I’ve been an RN for over 40 years and a Dr. like him is a jewel to find! He takes time with you and is really concerned for you health.

He is great , sit down and listen to your concerns. Explain everything to you and takes his time. Never felt rushed.

Dr Head provided a very thorough analysis of my knee condition, including detailed explanation of X-ray results. He clearly laid out options and explained in detail the surgical procedure and recovery expectations. I have no hesitation based on my interaction to proceed with my knee replacement surgery.

I waited an hour to be called for an 11 am appointment. At noon I was taken for an xray and then escorted to an exam room. After waiting another 35 minutes I came out into the hallway and discovered that there was apparently no one in the hallway or the adjacent rooms, so I left. This was an appalling waste of my time and evidence of a poorly run practice. Leaving a patient unattended like this also raises a plethora of liability issues. I would not trust anyone in this practice with my care.
