Eye exam in 8 minutes waiting time for exam 1.5 hours excellent service but office logistics were sub par.

Dr. Gutman did not push me to have surgery. In fact, told me it was not necessary at this time & scheduled me to come back in six months for a review of my eye condition.

Dr is great .scheduling not so good. Always have to wait. Maybe you should see less people each day. We have had to wait all 4 times we have come.

I asked Dr Gutman 2 questions about a surgery he said I will need if my retina detaches, and he told me to GOOGLE the questions for my answers! I never heard of such a thing! He’s supposed to be a retina specialist, and that’s why I went to him for a diagnosis and answers, and he told me to Google my questions! Either he didn’t know the answers or he didn’t want to take the time to answer my questions himself. I will not be putting the future of my eyesight in his hands!

Whoever put drops in my eyes did not hold my lid open to stop me brom blinking as my eye doctor had done. It was a very unpleasant experience and I felt I was overdosed with drops.
