Cline, M.D., earned his medical degree at University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita Wichita, KS. He then finished his fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity at Orlando Health, Orlando, FL. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
