Juna Misiri, MD, is board-certified in clinical cardiac electrophysiology, cardiovascular diseases. She sees patients at Bay Area Cardiology Associates PA in Brandon, Sun City Center, Riverview, and Tampa, Florida.Dr. Misiri completed her residency at Yale-New Haven System in Connecticut, followed by cardiovascular and electrophysiology fellowship training at Mayo Clinic. She spent a year at the translational electrophysiology laboratory at the Mayo Clinic, with her research focused on the new modalities for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. Dr. Misiri has published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at numerous national and international meetings. Her special interests are management of cardiac arrhythmias, radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation, atrial flutters, and complex endocardial and epicardial ablation for ventricular arrhythmias.She is currently accepting new patients and warmly welcomes them to Bay Area Cardiology Associates PA.
