Today is my first appointment/visit with Dr Julie Yang, it was a pleasant experience having Dr Yang taken care of my “condition”. I appreciate her patience & caring.

Knowledgeable and professional

She took the time to listen, explain, and answer all of my questions. I felt like she truly cared about me.

Dr. Yang is very professional. However the receptionist in the front desk that appears to be expecting a child / pregnant, with a pierced nose has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE/DEMEANOR. We understand that it is early in the morning and nobody wants to get up early to go to work but this young lady does not have any people skills/ Customer Service skills or etiquette. As soon as she hands us the clipboard she is nearly throwing it at us. She didn’t allow us to finish asking a question because she appeared to be very defensive. As an insurance paying customer I don’t think I or anyone else deserves this treatment from this young female. Management may want to consider taking a closer look at this person and the way she treats patients.

Dr. Julie is very polite, understanding, helpful. I loved to have my consultation with her. Dr. Julie is accessible, she explains the facts about what im feeling and indicate the needed tests. Thank you, Dr. Julie.

Patience and Thorough as ever. Very competent Physician

Dr. Yang is very caring and thorough in understanding the patient’s medical complaints and she also examine the patient’s life style and habits as contributing factors that needed to be addressed in order to fully dispense her diagnosis on the patient’s medical issues. I think all doctors should take this approach, but most don’t because this takes time and lots of energy and efforts on the Doctor’s part. Thank you Dr. Yang for caring for my health.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr Yang. She is very thorough and had a “test, don’t guess” approach to my issues and I know she genuinely wants to help.

Dr Yang was thorough with my medical history. I felt she heard me when I was describing my lesson and why I was there. She also walked me thru the steps she was talking, including reviewinf medical report that she had access to. The plan of care seemed right and proactive.

Detailed and thorough

Dr. Yang has always been my favorite GI Dr. She’s very patient and answers your questions in very layman’s terms. She’s clear and precise in her valuations.

She is respectful, she cares and tries to find a solution. She listens and doesn't rush you through the appointment. She projects peace, and calmness. Make you feel at ease and is a fabulous doctor that loves what she does therefore is very good at it. She has many patients but makes you feel like you are important. Thank you Dr Yang.
