Throughout her education and training, Dr. Glener received numerous academic honors and scholarships in recognition of her dedication, leadership, and achievements. She completed her orthopaedic surgery residency at West Virginia University and a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the Paley Institute with a focus on primary and complex shoulder arthroplasty.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Glener enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time with her family.
