Dr. Julie Glener, M.D., is an orthopaedic surgeon who provides comprehensive care with a focus on personalized treatment and patient education. Originally from South Florida, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Florida before receiving her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine.
Throughout her education and training, Dr. Glener received numerous academic honors and scholarships in recognition of her dedication, leadership, and achievements. She completed her orthopaedic surgery residency at West Virginia University and a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the Paley Institute with a focus on primary and complex shoulder arthroplasty.
Dr. Glener is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and believes in helping patients understand their condition and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their health. She strives to build strong relationships with her patients and guide them through every step of their care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Glener enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time with her family.

I came in with an injury to the arm and she did no further imaging to see if anything else was going on and then basically accused me of drug seeking when I didn’t even want to take medication. She was extremely unhelpful and didn’t take any time you could tell she was trying to get in and out.
Not happy with my appointment. I wasn’t listened to. I felt rushed. When talking to doctor trying to explain my issues she checked her watch. Like I was wasting her time. Instead of She told me because she’s a surgeon she couldn’t help me, but wouldn’t listen to the other things wrong with that area. I was referred to yet another doctor.
