No comment as to being very late and no apology. I had to request a one year prescription for my drops and I think this should be a routine task for the yearly eye check.

Very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Dr. Xia could have mentioned Dr McKenny and that I use to be his patient and that I was seeing her because he retired. And, when the visit was done it was slightly awkward, the way the doctor initiated letting me know that I was finished with the appointment, and could leave. Dr Xia could have been a little more direct and still have been polite, it was just awkwardness. Loved the nurse/assistant that saw me, he was great and very thorough, really nice!
