It was my first time meeting her. I found her to be truly interested in solving my problem and made good suggestions to follow up with my regular doctor. She answered all my questions and made my experience a pleasant one.

Very good, nice, but I didn't get any paperwork when I left, most doctors print out what was covered during your visit so you can follow up when you get home. Received absolutely nothing.

Julia was great. The scheduling was terrible as there was a very long wait to see her.

Waited an hour to be seen. We thought she forgot we were there. The exam literally took 2 minutes.

Dr breezed in after almost an hour of waiting in exam room, no apology or explanation. Did not explain my condition, thought it may be from loose eyelid folds but “not bad enough to require surgery”, thought it also may be from my very mild apnea, but did not think it was from my new drugs even though they are known to cause blepharitis, and even though I never had problems with my eyes before. Treatment was warm compresses whenever, but with a device I have to order online (why not sell or provide it in clinic?), and artificial tear drops 3-4 times a day. No handout of after-care summary. No followup appointment. I will not return to this doctor.

Seems to be very thorough. I couldn't get a clear view of any letters. They seemed to be soft blur not sharp clear. I will know more when I get my new lenses.
