I leave messages 2,3,4 times before a nurse will call me back. The voice mail in a voice mailbox number, I’m not even sure if it’s going to the correct person. The voice mailbox needs to say Dr. Penton’s office or nurse.

Great bedside manner

Dr. Penton goes over and beyond the call of duty. The female staff member informed Dr Penton about my concern of having extremely high blood pressure readings for the past couple of days. Dr Penton searched for and found a blood pressure machine, took my reading, and my pressure dropped after 7:00 am reading this morning. Dr Penton could've ignored the situation and only tend to his specialty, but he dealt with my concern. I appreciate that type of performance and compassion with medical professionals.

Dr. Penton & his staff are fantastic. Dr. Penton takes the time to explain your injury & offers suggestions & treatment plans to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible. His friendly staff makes scheduling MRIs, surgeries & appointments so easy!

Awesome doctor!

We had a great experience. We brought our 11 year old and Dr. Penton and the staff were so kind. They definitely made a nervous boy feel very comfortable. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Good visit

After explaining my symptoms, he knew I had one of two issues. I will get an MRI to determine which. For 10 years no doctor has EVER even come close to knowing what was wrong with my hip.

Dr Penton & his staff are the best

Explains issue well and what the goal is for recovery.

This doctor delivers! Doesn’t defer to his assistant if you’ve objections. He’s patient whenever he needs to be. He’s done surgery on both my shoulder and knee. Both worked out do well that the pain before surgery and the recuperation that followed, are like dreams, like they never happened. Fortunate is the person who comes to Dr Penton for help.

Friendly Talkative Quick--we'll get you out of her fast BUT Very efficient Spot on with the nurse--friendly conversation between them to "get 'er done" Go in with a problem and quickly go out with a SOLUTION!

Dr. Penton is very attentive to his patients’ complaints and listens to them. He doesn’t rush to get to the next patient, he takes his time and is thorough. So happy I found him. He’s taken very good care of me.

Doesn't seem to have much time for his patients. I saw his assistant, Chip, mostly. He didn't even tell me if I was continuing physical therapy or not but asked me about getting a cortisone shot. I wasn't there for a shot. This left me confused.

Great surgeon and always very helpful. Always answered any questions no matter how many and always had answers needed!!!!
