We were asked to reschedule last minute to accommodate the Dr's schedule and then after doing that (challenging on a work and school day) were told when we arrived that there would be more than an hour additional delay. Once we saw the doctor the appointment was incredibly rushed and he told us he didn't have time to answer questions. Not at all what I would expect with no insurance coverage and advertising about doctor contact etc.
