She did not listen to my problem at all. I was in tears when I left. She said I had previous surgery so I just had to live with the pain day and night. She said the x rays I had were wrong, both the the other two doctors were wrong. The therapy I been having for the last 2 months was also wrong. Can a doctor please help me? I am sorry, but I am so confused and do not know what to do anymore.

Highest rating for surgery but follow up with LOG was very lacking. Another LOG physician came to hospital after 1 week to tell nurses to take out stitches. Another came later to look at incision and say that was not inhibiting my husband's discharge to a rehab hospital. No one called or came after that. I called after about 4 weeks to ask how much weight-bearing (PT wanted to know). I then called after 8 weeks to sk if we were supposed to have a follow up visit - (again at the request of new PT who wanted to know weight bearing) Apparently, LOG should have scheduled follow up weeks earlier. Fortunately, my hsband healed as he should and all was ok in the follow up with Dr. Long. SHE and Dr. Cherian did a great job of the surgery!

Goodness, where do I start? Dr Long is the best orthopedic I’ve ever been to (and a family member is an orthopedic). She bestows as much knowledge to her patients as she can so they understand “why” it aches/hurts. A broken bone is easy, but for a teen who has nothing structurally wrong yet is in a lot of pain playing their sport, Dr Long is the one to see! To my son (and me as well), the location of the pain didn’t make sense based on the clinical diagnosis. She explained exactly how the knee works and what’s pulling, what’s weak and what to do. My son needed to know if he can play basketball because college coaches will be at various tournaments. She was direct and real and human in her response. She is confident and although she told my son it’s not a quick fix (especially since he’s going to keep playing AAU ball), my son and I left grateful for knowledge. She is the doctor, but she treated us like eager students thrilled to learn. Her admin young assistant is wonderful too.

Dr. Long was amazing. Finished my last appointment for my shattered collarbone 2 days ago. Took 5 months but I'm back at it and in that window of time I've seen others with a similar or not as severe of an injury, and they often look terrible. My shoulder and neck look great and I feel great after having one 12 inch bone put into 8 separate pieces. Only downfall is the wound was stitched up so cleanly the scar is not remotely as impressive as I originally imagined it would be. Her scheduling assistant is not on my list of people I can rate but, Amanda Nissly seemed to have gone far out of her way to help me deal with self-pay, rescheduling surgery dates, financial assistance information, and overall communications with Dr. Long.

She gave me additional years on my left knee with a meniscus repair about 5 years ago. She treats both my left knee and my right knee with cortisone. She is smart & personable. I recommend her every chance I get!

Quick in and out visit. Ankle sprained 3x in one year. X-ray done. Was given an ankle brace and PT suggested. After 3 sprains and slow healing, I’m concerned no MRI was suggested to check if I have damage to tendions.

I've been a patient if Dr Tymons for over 5 years and go every 3 months to get my knee shots and prescriptions filled to last until my next 3month visit. To be called less than 2 hours before an appointment made 3 .months in advanced and told I would have to come that Distastful facility "Granite Run Road Office", did not make me happy. A Dr not following a colleague's records knowing what works for my condition but instead attempting to send me to other physicians was ridiculous. Following up
