I was hoping to get a different conclusion to my issues with medications as the solution rather then having to go thru PT and paying copays every visit, would of rather dealt with discounts on prescriptions.

Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, did not feel rushed during the appointment, or judged for any of my questions or concerns. Will absolutely consult with this doctor again if needed.

Dr. Waytz has a refreshing approach to rheumatology. He discusses medications and holds no punches. He discusses risks as well as benefits of medication. Asks for patient input and good common sense decisions on course of action are recommended. I will highly recommend Dr. Waytz to anyone looking for a fine rheumatologist.

Dr. Waytz showed real interest in how I described my symptoms and associated concerns. He dialogued with me and engaged me in conversation about my medical questions rather than only reporting his thoughts/treatment ideas and sending me away. I felt respected as a unique patient -- and as a person. He did not make me feel rushed, although I was concerned about time for his & other patients' sake. I am grateful to have met him and thankful for his contribution to my complex care.
