Dr. Joshua Stagg, M.D. was born and raised in Texas. He joined Wichita Falls Gastroenterology Associates in 2017 after serving at the VA Central Texas Healthcare System and at Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest Hospital in Waco, TX. He received his Doctor of Medicine in 2011 from the University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio.
He then completed an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX and continued his training at the Baylor Scott and White Gastroenterology Fellowship program in Temple, TX. In 2020, Dr. Stagg was honored with an award from URHCS for Enhancing Patient Experience and Excellent Service, an award based on patient feedback. When not treating patients, Dr. Stagg enjoys spending time with his family and the outdoors.
