Dr. Siegel is very knowledgeable. However, the appointment times are too short. He whooshes in, talks, and leaves without asking if there are any questions. He also has run as late as 45 minutes.

Dr. Siegel is very knowledgeable. Since I saw him in 2012 however, he seems to have lost his way of dealing with patients. He used to take time to talk to patients, and now he is in and out like the wind.

10 minutes to talk and understand all that is going on is not enough. My visit was actually less than the 10 minutes I was supposed to get. It was all too fast.

Love Dr Seigal and his staff but the office staff in general make it very difficult to want to return. Scheduling is difficult, you are made to repeat filling out paperwork for no reason

Would be a 5 if an extra 5 minutes were allowed in appointment time and he asked, "What questions do you have for me?"

Really rushed thru the appointment, scheduled test but no ideas of what to do to reduce pain until test results come back.

Quick assessment - not too ready or keen to use the knife -and willing to see how the body heals itself, rather than change by way of surgery.

Feel that more concern for patient complaints, especially regarding post surgical pain, should be immediately responded to, and that means from Josh Siegal himself. Need better protocol within office when patient calls in pain and requests call back

He is knowledgeable. However, just wants to get you in and out as fast as possible while adding on any additional cost he possibly can to the visit. Bedside attentiveness to patient as a person is minimal .

This was a 1zst visit. Proof won’t come until my treatment is concluded successfully. The dr inspires confidence with his manorbut an actor should do that. Doctors should not be rated based on 1st visits.

I would have appreciated a little more time with the doctor to ask questions. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

He spent literally less than 10 minutes with me. WOW.. not sure if I am thankful he is an "expert" or annoyed he is "cocky".

Pretty quick exam even though my issue is simple. Didn’t take a history and I barely got a word in edgewise. I know docs are busy and many situations are routine for them but each patient is unique

Nice & friendly however spends very little time with listening to you about your condition, Sx's. Speedy Gonzales. Spent <5minutes with him today. As with initial visit.

It’s a $50 copay every time I go to Access. Today was a follow up with the doctor after a month of PT. He had me push on his hands with my arms and then lift my arms in the air, then he said I would be scheduled for an MRI. He was barely in the room for 30 seconds, definitely less than a minute. I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth today.

Not very personable only asked a couple questions before sending me to get an x-ray

Did not follow up on prior symptoms he had treated. Did not discuss X-ray results. Was quick to order additional imaging without even performing an actual examination of the injury area, itself. Was in and out in less than three minutes and on to the next patient. Made me feel like a check in the box en route to his next paycheck.

Felt extremely rushed

Felt like a drive by visit- didn't receive adequate explanation of where the injury was (I am not an anatomy expert) and had to stop him from leaving so I could get questions answered.
