Joshua R. Brandon, M.D.

Rushed in and out allowing the student to asses. Which annoyed me since they didnt answer my questions so I had to ask for Brandon to come back and explain what was going on. Which he condescendingly rushed through an explanation. I’ve been here before years ago, to see another doctor. That experience brought me back, but this recent experience was terrible.

Absolutely love him. He cares and listens.

He was fine but we had a 2:55pm appointment so I had to check my son out of school early to make that appointment time. I did the pre check in and paid in advance. We waited for 1 hour before getting called back to a room. No vitals were checked. I had to go to the desk 3 times to see if he was close to getting called back because literally everyone that was in the waiting room was called back before my son. Majority of the patients came after we arrived. If I had known the wait time would have been this long and unprofessional I would have never taken my son out of school early nor would I have taken off work early. This visit was very nonproductive and overbooking patients was unacceptable. I work in healthcare and this type of unprofessionalism and disrespect for people’s time is how you loose patients and have bad reviews. Unfortunately I have been to this clinic many times with my boys for sports injuries but today was clearly not a good experience. This has never happened.

He understood my medical history and wasn’t focused on how I looked but was focused on my symptoms, cray, and mri. He has helped me to be able to walk up stairs without my knee completely buckling and falling. He made the injection process so calming for me. Highly highly recommend him.
