We made the trip (100 miles) to B’ham for our appointments, which took 2 to 3 months to obtain. We arranged for our children to be there for the consultation too. After waiting 3 hours we asked about the appointment and we’re told he was too busy to see us today. I can understand that he was in surgery, but why make us wait for 3 hours before telling us? And we found out only after asking how much longer it would be. Surely the staff knew about it before 3 hours had passed. Plus, both our children had left their jobs to be there with us! Not mad but very disappointed with the whole experience!
