Before joining Orthopedic Institute in 2024, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN followed by an additional year of upper extremity specialty training at the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center in Indianapolis, IN including Microsurgical certification.

During his free time, Dr. Meaike and his wife enjoy staying active with their two young children. They especially enjoy the outdoors, running and hiking.
