Was seen by PA rather than Dr Alpert after 45 minute wait. Why?

First, I saw Joe and I just love Joe. He's very personable and very knowledgeable after Joe I got to see Dr Alpert he was so good too.

Dr. Alpert has great bedside manner but his surgery skills are outstanding. Dr repaired my rotator cuff and gave me a new shoulder.

Never got to meet with him waited in the office for 45 minutes and had other things I had to do

patient and understanding doctor who really listens and meet you where you're at. he will give you his honest opinion and let you make the best decision for you. So glad I came here after seeing so many others..

Listens to my concerns. Ask me if I have any questions. Looks at me when speaking to me not the computer.

Dr Alpert has a great bedside manner. He was caring and focused on me during our appointment. He listened to my problem, explained his thoughts clearly, and gave me his advice in a way I understood. We arrived at a plan quickly and his office handled everything very efficiently.

All of the staff are professional and courteous. Dr. Alpert and his staff clearly explained the diagnosis of my symptoms and the options to address them.

My experience was great.

I have had TWO (unrelated) surgeries in fairly close succession with Dr. A and am completely confident in his skills and expertise. He's thorough, professional and does not "brush off" your questions, no matter how elementary. In both cases, he ended up having to do additional, unexpected research/investigation and followed up with me personally - something virtually unheard of nowadays. He's professional, kind and funny. I would highly recommend.

When I was scheduled I was led to believe I was seeing Dr Alpert. I was seen by a PA only. She was very nice, but I felt like it was just an algorithm. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.The radiology tech lacked compassion and questioned why I was unable to get in her specified poses and hold them. I have chronic illness and pain with an orthopedic injury. In the future I will make sure it is Dr Alpert that I see. He has been my orthopedic doctor for ten years and I have absolute trust in him.

I’ve been so busy with work and missing my appointments, Dr Alpert is understanding and compassionate he is very helpful in giving me my options on what my next steps are in my healing. Honestly one of the best orthopedic drs I’ve seen since 1997.

I was suppose to see him and instead was seen by another doctor. He came in last and provided no different information than the previous doctor. When I asked him if surgery may be necessary at some point I got the answer I am not a spinal surgeon
