From my first appointment through the surgery and now into recovery, I felt like I was in great hands every step of the way. Dr. Alpert took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect before and after surgery. Just as importantly, every nurse and staff member I dealt with was fantastic—friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. The facility was excellent, the entire process was incredibly well organized, and my post-op instructions and follow-up have been just as thorough. When you’re going through surgery, having that level of confidence in the people taking care of you makes a huge difference. I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Alpert and his entire team and would recommend him without hesitation.
