I am so disappointed with the services I received today. First and foremost the staff at the front desk were not kind and very pushing with everyone. The person that called me back, after I waited for over a hour in the waiting room, was very cold and unprofessional. She asked me what was going on with me, when I was trying to explain it to her, she was like very snobbish as if she just wanted me to hurry up. So I just gave her the summary form the doctor at urgent care had given me to show the doctor when I got there. That lady took that summary put it on the computer and told me good it was all.on the form, the doctor will read it when he come in and for me to have a good day and walked out. When Dr. Landau walked in and did hello. He sat in front of me and ask me what was my problem. So that means his assistant or whom ever the lady was that took me back, did not even tell him what problems were. I told Dr. Landau what was going on with my elbow and that both my legs ached. He
I think he was very thorough and did a great job.

Totally satisfying experience, thank you!
I use to be a patient of Dr. Wainer, and even though I miss him, Dr. Landau is great and makes me feel comfortable and trust with my new physician. And always has a smile!
