Excellent interpretive skills, excellent customer service skills, excellent communication. The only issue I had was that he called me “obese” 3 times (as if I didn’t know) but never asked me any background about it and I had to talk OVER him to inform him that the weight gain was due to a medication and I actually gained 20 POUNDS PER MONTH for 3 months in a row until I plateaued on the drug. It’s a medication very well known for having a primary side effect of weight gain NOT due to ANY CHANGE in the patient’s appetite or diet.

The only reason I kept a star back was that my primary care sent a referral to this office in October 2023. I waited for a call and eventually forgot. In January 2024 I remembered, and got my primary to contact them. Finally got an appointment today, March 7. I've been told since then that this is pretty common. Other than that, office staff was friendly, Dr. Horenstein Is easy to talk to and overall I like the office.
