Very personable in a one on one appt, but very disappointed that he still didn’t have my health records from my past FHCP cardiologists. I have seen Dr Horenstein twice and he and the staff have not gotten my health records after almost half a year. I just don’t feel comfortable with him making medicine decisions etc. without my records! If he reviews my records and then gives advice that would make sense to
me….

Dr Horenstein was very nice and he took the time to listen to my concerns. He also had all my test results from previous doctors and appointments which he had reviewed. He was very thorough and I would recommend him if you are in need of a cardiologist.
