Very professional but mostly human. Very concerned about the patient’s wellness.

Dr. Gould is great. However, the office is inefficiently run and there is a substantial wait time before and during the appointment. At my last visit, I was not called out of the waiting area until almost 30 minutes past my appointment time. In total, I was there for 2.5 hours for an annual exam. This is making me consider switching practices.

My only concern is that I had a 10am appointment and was not taken until 11am. Other patients I spoke to had similar wait times. That is not acceptable to have people wait that long. Other than that the experience was excellent.

Dr. Gould is nice, seemingly very skilled, and spoke to me in detail about my issue, and was happy to answer questions I had. I would recommend him. The staff was courteous and helpful, but I overheard conversations between staff members that really should have been in private and not within hearing distance of patients.

The script I got was incorrect. I could not see well and when I went back for a re-check I learned the script was incorrect but they refused to offer any compensation for the glasses I had that now have to be corrected. I will not be back.

Scheduled appointment at 8:30, field test began at 9:15, saw Dr Gould at 10:15, I left office at 10:35. Over two hours !!! Perhaps too many patients are scheduled to be seen on a given day????

Dr. Gould was responsive and direct. He shared that I continued to be doing well. My only hesitation in giving the full five stars was that my appointment was at 2:00 p.m., and I did not meet with Dr. Gould for at least an hour and a half. Dr. Gould and I strategized about the timing of the appointment for next year, and I will endeavor for make an appointment at the beginning of the day.

I always feel informed and optimistic after a visit with Dr. Gould. I feel I can trust him to be honest with me while maintaining his humanity and his humor.

I was scheduled for a field test. After thr initial exam I was informed that the field test machine was not working. They should have called me to reschedul. They did a another test that was usless. When the dr tried to review the results he told me my eyes needed to br dialated for that test but my eyes were not dialeted. The dr said he'd do that nexr visit. The tech that checked my eye pressure pressed to hard on my right eye. When I pulled back and told her that it was hurting she put more numbing solution in my eye and continued. On the way home the numbing solution wore off and I was in a lot of pain. I called the office and when I told them it would take me about a half an hour to get back to the office to check out my eye the receptionist put me on hold. When she got back she told me that they ordred a medication at my local drug store to be applied to that eye. The entire appointment was completly unacceptable and left me in pain.

Dr. Gould was understanding and very forthcoming about giving me information regarding my scheduled injection with Dr. Angioletti. However, I have since read guidelines set forth by ASRS for exams during Covid 19 and they say established patients should not have dilation,exams prior to injection in order to lessen close contact. That is what I requested but am told I must have full visit . Very confused and concerned.
