Great bedside manner. Very professional
He was kind, honest, direct. The only reason I marked down was at the end of my appointment I was left confused on what was happening. He didn't say anything about it being over just left the room with the door open. I flagged down a staff member in the hall to make sure I was good... still good care.
Very thoughtful and smart, he took the time to show and explain my scans to me which was greatly appreciated
I talked to him on Sunday for on call physician about pin protruding about an inch out of bandage for wrist fix and told me to come at 8am and someone would be able to see me. He gave me excellent care. Not sure if she was the office manager but she wanted me to go home and wait for my appointment on Friday. I felt like they were blowing me off. “They are supposed to stick out of the skin a little bit.” I’m a retired ER nurse and felt like office manager? Was blowing me off and insulted my common sense. Otherwise, Dr and tech’s were excellent!
