Was very terse- to the point. I realize he was very busy but no time for small talk. Tylenol/ Motrin only.

Even though Dr.Goethals couldn't help me, he explained why. It was because of my particular situation and history - not his fault. He was very empathetic and professional.

Dr Goethals makes himself available to me at any time I need to reach out I realise that not all processes/treatments will go well and I am really disappointed that I fall into that category. I'm bummed but must go where other possibilities are.
