I talked to him on Sunday for on call physician about pin protruding about an inch out of bandage for wrist fix and told me to come at 8am and someone would be able to see me. He gave me excellent care. Not sure if she was the office manager but she wanted me to go home and wait for my appointment on Friday. I felt like they were blowing me off. “They are supposed to stick out of the skin a little bit.” I’m a retired ER nurse and felt like office manager? Was blowing me off and insulted my common sense. Otherwise, Dr and tech’s were excellent!

Very kind and very intellegent. Not only did he fix my acl but he also left me with minimal scarring on my leg. Which is a fantastic bonus to a pretty intensive surgery!
Waited over an hour to see him and then he was in the room for 2 minutes to tell us to come back in a week. Not impressed, getting a 2nd opinion.
Explained everything very clearly and told me my options for a torn meniscus yesterday.
