Dr Fullmer is a wonderful eye doctor and his office and staff are great. They're helpful and kind and very professional. I have been coming to Dr. Fullmer for 20 years and wouldn't go to anyone else.

I was really nervous when I went in there as I have a natural fear for any doctor. Dr. Fullmer made me feel it ease and was very accommodating. He explained things to me and took the time to answer my questions. Thank you, Dr. Fullmer

Dr Fullmer has such a nice way about him and is very thorough explaining the surgery or treatment. He also called after my surgery to check in, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend him and Premier Eye Care!
Dr. Fullmer was born and raised in Southeastern Idaho. After graduating from Madison High School, He served a two year mission in Madrid, Spain for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. After returning from his mission, he graduated from BYU. He graduated Alpha Omega Alpha from the University of Utah Medical School. After medical school, he completed his internship at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane Washington. Dr. Fullmer completed his residency at the Dean Mcgee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City. The Dean McGee Eye Institute has been recognized as one of the top ophthalmology training programs in the country due to the expertise of the supervising surgeons and physicians, the extremely high volume of surgery performed during residency, and the quality of education and research. Dr. Fullmer is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with expertise in treating complex cataracts, pediatric eye diseases, eyelid surgeries and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. Dr. Fullmer currently lives in the Rexburg area with his wife and 6 children.
