The reviews listed below were collected independently of Premier Eye Care of Eastern Idaho through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
Dr. Fullmer is a top notch doctor. I am confident in the quality of care and medical knowledge he provides. The only reason for the average review is that his office is so busy that he’s always trying to leave talking to you to talk to the next person. I’ve seen this for the last few years. I don’t know if it’s Premier driving profits or him personally driving profits by always trying to leave the current visit for the next. But slow down, spent five minutes (you’re billing much longer than that!) and make sure the patient feels “seen.”

In addition to being skillful and knowledgeable, Dr. Fullmer was most kind and patient in explaining the surgical procedure. Professional.

He’s the worst when it comes to professionalism with patients. He’s called me a bad parent for waiting on insurance for glasses and he has diagnosed my child with three different things but can’t tell me which one. But wants to do surgery right away. Definitely do not recommend!
