He was rushing and did not answer any of my questions and treated me like I was wasting his time. He gave me her test results and walked out without explaining anything on the page. The paper was written in ENT talk and not reader friendly. I asked the assistant if he could explain and he would not come back in the room.

I had a nose cauterization done and wasn’t given any instructions on after care or what to expect. I have been in a ton of pain all week and I wasn’t told anything that would help or that this would even happen. I wish they would tell patients to have someone drive them for this procedure because it hurts and it was hard being by myself on the way home.

He shows he cares about his patients, and, explains very clearly what the problem is.

Done absolutely nothing for me at my visit on April 26, 2022 (Stephen Turner) I understand u we’re going on info from the report from my CT Scan but I asked u about Tinnitus (noise in the ears) u said it wasn’t in the ears it was in the brain and nothing could be done and I ask about cleaning ear wax out again nothing from u! Now look on ENT website under services provided it’s says ear noise tinnitus also ear wax cleaning so if these services are provided are u a doctor that only provide certain services or just these services on certain patients it was a very poor visit with no service provided to me during my visit mean while my insurance is getting charged for the visit. I will be reporting this visit to my insurance company. Do u do all ur patients like u did me?
