He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue is with my ankle. Starting conservative was what I wantes
Awesome customer service- He answered all my questions
Very nice but he did not seem informed about my case prior to meeting him. He was a little unsure about how to explain my condition. I think he was trying to explain bin layman's terms but it would have been clearer if he used medical terms. His advice for recovery was not very explicit. He did not mention PT or home stretch/strengthening exercises.
