Got to office at 9:20 at 10 taken back for x rays came out and waited until 11 to see doctor and waited another 15 minutes then waited again for scheduling for Surgery finally at noon told us she would call us so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer this was at noon. Here it is Monday afternoon still not heard from her. This is the first time this has ever happened. Usually Dr Anderson is very punctual

He was very pleasant; gave a thorough explanation of my x-rays and knee replacement surgery: what to expect and the importance of doing the prescribed exercises; and resuming my daily activities as soon as possible following surgery. All in all, I was extremely impressed.

Check in & getting called in with in minutes for x-rays, the nurse followed me into the room & took down the needed info they wanted. A short wait, maybe 5 min. & Dr. Anderson came in for my visit. He was curtious, knowledgeable about my situation, answered my questions fully.

Joshua is the only DR. who said to me,we will figure it out. 2yrs of not being able to walk very far. all other DR never took it any further. ty doc.

Really like this doctor, he lets you know what is wrong and explains it to you where you can understand.

Very personal and formative on all issues.

Did not like surgical center. Not a good reflection on dr Anderson. Anesthesiologist determined I should not get the spinal nerve block because I may have hardware in my back that she would hit. Said I would not need. I woke up in a lot of pain and nobody knew why because she did not tell anyone. An exray to determine location of hardware if any should have been done before surgery. Also an IV pain killer could have been given before I woke up. But the surgical center has no plan B options. The nurses did not know I did not get the nerve blocker and could not figure out why I was in pain. Then they were still trying to broom me out the door with the rest of the patients. Suggestions: a room for those not ready to leave. The doctor should be notified of any changes and consult with his patients before surgery.

He handled my issue well. He and his assistant were friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions

The wait time is hard for me. I like Dr. Anderson a lot. He is in many ways my last hope for recovery. I cannot convey in words being in this level of pain constantly for years.

Dr Anderson is great, but I waited almost 2 hrs. to see him. I understand that he had several unexpected issues but there should be some way to notify patients and possibly delay their arrival to avoid the long waits.

I found him to be thorough during the follow-up by assessing the current status of my lower joint movements and by providing a review of my current hip x-rays. So wonderful to be with a knee & sport orthopedic surgeon, who cares and will get me back doing most allof the sports that I love after a year of not doing many of then and the one I did do, pushing through doing them as "mind over matter" and "Nike's "Just Do It" motto. So blessed to finally find a knee & sports orthopedic surgeon to work with me!❤️🙂
