Very busy but not organized with the correct person that I need to see. I saw the doctor and got more exrays. It was explained to me I have to see Dr Sowa. Perhaps that was the doctor in which I should have been assigned to. This problem happened over a week ago. And of course PT was recommended. Well I have been involved with sports, various other activities and I know when there is a problem. I’ve have had this body for 70 years and know there is a problem above the PT expertise. I have no range in my fingers, no gripping ability and a clicking and rotating feeling when the knuckles move. Sorry but I’m disappointed with the passing the buck process. Now I have to wait an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks to have it looked at by Dr Sowa and God knows how long after that for a resolution. Not a happy camper at all!!

Dr did a great job with my issues from a fall on my knee and residual injury. He was very precise in what he saw and needed to do and did it efficiently and when I asked questions he explained and was very clear in his explanations and actions... Very good experience!

Everyone was very friendly and informative about my care and plan forward. I have been a patient on and off since the late 80’s. Dr Straight took the time to answer my questions and I was pleased with him. The only issue was with scheduling. I asked to see a hand specialist and I didn’t see a hand surgeon. I was clear about my desire to see a physician about this new issue. There should be more training for the call center so appointments can be expedited to the right physician.
