I found your approach to be incredibly empathetic and informative. During my initial visit, I appreciated that you opted for a non-invasive treatment and took the time to explain every step of the process. During my second visit, you clearly explained the status of my injured finger and provided me with various alternatives I could follow to assist with my recovery.
Thank you for always ensuring that I understand the information provided and for allowing me to be a partner in making decisions regarding my care. It is also very reassuring to know that I can call or return to the office at any time if my condition changes.
