Dr Rectenwald took time to explain my procedure and what I could expect during recovery. He answered all my questions and didn't rush me through the consultation. He was very friendly and personable.

Dr. Rectenwald is a great surgeon. He listens very well and answers all your questions. He doesn’t try to force surgery on you if it’s not necessary. He goes into great depth on the procedure he is performing on you. Upfront he gives you all your options and what the outcome may or may not be and will you be satisfied with the end results in your case. Nothing is guaranteed to bring you back at 100% but getting close to it and not having to think about the pain all the time would make things much better. If you need a hand orthopedic surgeon I do recommend Dr. Rectenwald.
