I have been Dr. Panchers patient for many years. Always felt I got the best care! I had several things going on. Eye pain (Dry eye?), milia? on eyelid, age related vision changes. Exam felt rushed (maybe due to large sign at check in stating whether dr's are on time or delayed? & new policies?) Milia was not addressed at all. No information was given for treatment of "very dry, angry, irritated" eyes. After visit summary states Lasik info, which was not sought. Told me to exit, we were going to get some trial lenses. Not in stock (which is fine), never ordered. Had to ask staff what specifically should be used for the dry eye.
