Dr. Mazza completed his undergraduate degree at Providence College in Rhode Island and then trained at George Washington School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Roger Williams Hospital / Brown University and then served as a Chief Resident in Internal Medicine. He completed his Cardiology Fellowship at Brown University's combined Program in Cardiovascular Disease. He is currently the Divisional Director of Cardiology at Roger Williams Hospital and was formerly co-director of the cardiac catheterization lab at Roger Williams Hospital. In addition, Dr Mazza is a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology and a member of the Rhode Island Medical Society. He is a recipient of the モTeaching Attending of the Yearヤ at Roger Williams Medical Center. In addition, he was awarded "Top Doctor" by Rhode Island Monthly magazine in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.
Dr. Mazza cared for my mom many years ago when she had a cardiac episode. I had and continue to have confidence in his care. He listened and responded.
