Excellent & professional service!
Very helpful
Very quick and efficient. Professional manner.
Having a background in the healthcare profession, and coming from an area of giving the patient, the best experience, I would like to share some things with you. When I returned home after the injection and had a message from the patient portal, there was a procedure report, which I read through. Under the informed consent, I was not asked about allergies or the review of potential side effects and complications, including infection, allergic reaction, local tissue breakdown, injury to soft tissue and/or soft tissue and seizure. Also, I was not instructed at discharge to refrain from submerging injection site in water for 48 hours to reduce the risk of infection. I was also not informed to watch of any signs of infection as swelling or redness. Giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe each of the three thought one of the other ones have gone over this. Thank you for this opportunity to give feedback.
