Went to the OIO clinic in Coldwater Ohio Thursday morning as a walk-in. Dr. Misson and the entire staff were top shelf. I was extremely pleased with the care, time and results. I was given.

Dr. Misson has provided care to myself and my family for many years. I recently underwent a total right knee replacement and I always appreciate his honesty when explaining what is best for me. He truly wants what is best for his patients.

was disappointed about how he said I just have to live with the pain. I had to asked about if there was any thing i could could do before he Suggested a pUin management with aa Dr . Just seemed very uncaring about my pain ! I told him I’ve been dealing with it for four years and he’s like well. You did it for that long you know and I’m only 65 being in pain really wears me out. I honestly would not recommend him to anybody.! what you doing?

"Dr. Joseph R. Misson, M.D. is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in sports medicine. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and the Medical College of Ohio (former; now The University of Toledo Medical School). Dr. Misson completed his residency at the Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center and completed a fellowship (an additional year of focused, specialized training) in orthopaedic arthroscopy and sports medicine at New Mexico Orthopaedics in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and an active member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
Dr. Misson serves as the orthopaedic team physician for Bluffton University and Shawnee High School. He specializes in the treatment of complex knee and shoulder injuries through minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques including ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, and shoulder dislocation and labral surgery. He performs primary total joint replacements including robotic-assisted total knee replacement, partial knee replacement, shoulder replacement, and reverse shoulder replacement. He also performs carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, and trigger finger release procedures. Dr. Misson is certified in cartilage transplantation of the knee (meniscus and ACI or Genzyme procedures). His fellowship training and continued education keep him at the forefront of the latest advancements in Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine."
