Dr Hyatt (and everyone else there for that matter) were Very attentive and explained every step of the way of what he was doing!!

Dr. Hyatt was knowledgeable, professional and kind. Checked on me several times following a steroid shot to my spine. But, the true hero’s were his 2 female associates in the room with me during the procedure! They stayed with me until I was physically and mentally prepared to leave the room. One of the ladies was able to keep my 200 pound frame upright and standing, giving me the chance to catch my breath while I admittedly took several minutes and half a box of Kleenex until I was ready to join my husband. I appreciated the teamwork they all displayed and was very grateful for their concern that I was comfortable before leaving to go home,

Not impressed with his manner at all. I have dealt with many doctors at NHOC and he was not professional. Gave me an injection and had no closing words after completion as one example.

Didn't exactly explain what type of injection and why he used that one instead of one another doctor in his practice performed on me last time.He did tell me not to worry, he's done thousands of this particular procedure.

Extremely personable and took more time to explain things than almost any doctor I've seen. Just the kind of doctor you want to set your mind at ease before a procedure.

Dr Hyatt was a pleasure to meet. He addressed my questions and concerns and offered reassurance before my procedure. He talked to me as a person , a patient, and not as a number. He even stepped out to the waiting area to speak with my wife while I was in the post procedure assessment with his friendly nursing staff. I would happily see him again in the future and would encourage those in needs of his offered services to do the same.
