Dr. Hall was so kind and patient with our soon to be 2 year old. He did a great job educating us on the structure of the ear, was clear with his reasoning and took the time to answer any questions that my husband and I had.

First time patient to this practice. I waited a long time in the waiting room. I waited even longer in the exam room (total 35 minutes). Exam was quick and not very thorough. I felt I was wasting his time.

Just left their office and I have to say everyone was very nice. My daughter ( 14 months) didnt cry once and Dr. Joseph Hall was so quick. He was well worth the 2 hour drive we made to see him.

Dr. Hall listens well and even though nothing shows right now (no infection that was there before and hearing test showed fine but the tinnitusis getting worse) he still understands and is willing to help me. Recently I've felt like a lot of dr's have been saying your tests are good so I don't know and you feel given up on. Dr. Hall did not make me feel that way at all.

No new information given. Just referred to another specialist. Appointment felt like a complete waste of money and time. Zero reason why appointment couldn’t have been done over a phone call.

You should let people know before surgery that you’ll be using a numbing agent to remove the tube splints. I was super nervous to get those out, and turns out I didn’t need to be!

I was on-site for more than an hour before the Dr. spoke with me. He didn't present new information and said he couldn't do much more until I had a MRI. Not sure why we repeated the same testing that was done one week prior by another audiologist.
