Dealing with staff to get an answer to a question prior to the appointment was a challenge. But, Dr. Krug was great. Very thorough and kind. I feel as though I’m in the right hands with him dealing with my concerns.
That’s the most important aspect and outweighs the challenges I had leading up to the appointment.

Front desk receptionist needs to learn some social skills. She never said hello, good morning, how are you today. She wasn’t rude. Just needs manners.

I have been a patient of Dr. Krug before MDG and since. The exam was appropriate. When ask for interpretation of numbers dictated to the tech, the doctor began stating the difference about both eyes which are different due toMDG. When I asked about reading of the eye chart and if there was a patient friendly report to understand the results. His attitude changed immediately. I was told he would get a booklet. None err available. The tech stated the eyes were stable when Krug left to get a booklet. I thanked . These are my eyes. It was a Friday afternoon. I just hope Dr. Krug was having a bad day.
