Chronic conditions and injuries treated by Dr. DiGiovanni include fractures, nerve problems (including carpal tunnel syndrome), cubital tunnel syndrome, tumors, arthritis, and tendinopathies (tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, and trigger finger).
