He forgot me and I was left in the room for 55 minutes before he came back to give me the shot. When he returned after the surprised nurse found me and told him, there was no recognition of the wait time, no explanation of what happened nor any apology. It came off as total disregard for the patient.

Professional and explatory
But the scheduling and office wait was a disaster
My appointment was at 1:20 xrays at 2:00 then sat in the room 20 minutes wait for the Dr to return to give me a shot I was ready to walk out finally at 3:10 i received the shot and was able to leave
