This was my first time seeing Dr. Schaffer after seeing one of his colleagues for many years prior to his retirement. Dr. Schaffer was very friendly and easy to talk to. He asked about my medical history and took notes. After taking xrays of my knees he reviewed the findings with me. He provided some treatment options from minimum to maximum invasive treatments. He explained each option in detail with both pros and cons. We decided to move forward initially with a minimum invasive option. Two things I particularly liked was the constant conversation and the fact he took notes throughout the entire visit. Based on my first visit I highly recommend Dr. Schaffer.

Arrogant, use my age to discriminate about giving me surgery or helping me at all actually, will not recommend Houston again.
