Dr. Joseph Andrews, M.D., joined Premier Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in September of 2024. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Andrews relocated to Delaware in 1986 establishing himself as the first dermatologist in Dover, DE. Dr. Andrews has a unique medical background in that upon graduation from Temple Medical School, he elected to complete two residency programs: Internal Medicine and Dermatology. While completing his first residency in Internal Medicine, Dr. Andrews became intrigued by the various conditions that may arise on the skin/hair/nails.

Being going to Dr Andrews for years. Appreciate his knowledge and the way he communicates.

Takes his time and answers questions.Looks at any areas of concern and addresses them if needed. Has a friendly personality. I've been going to him for at least 15 or more years. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Dr Andrews always takes the time to evaluate my problem and treat me with care. He also always explains everything clearly so I understand everything.

Everyone was so friendly, from the front desk staff, to the Medical Assistant, to Dr. Andrews himself. The visit was quick and efficient. Thank you so much!
